Seven-Day Azerbaijan Private Driver Route
Seven usable days allow a slower Baku stay and a chosen regional circuit with overnight stops. Build around hotel nights and flights first; adding both the western Gabala–Sheki route and northern mountains changes the driving and budget substantially.

Plan for this journey
Seven usable days allow a slower Baku stay and a chosen regional circuit with overnight stops. Build around hotel nights and flights first; adding both the western Gabala–Sheki route and northern mountains changes the driving and budget substantially.
02
Price the actual days and hotel nights
Mark which days require only a transfer and which keep the driver available for visits. List each overnight hotel and the next morning’s pickup. Ask for one written transport total instead of adding unrelated day-return fares. Hotels, attraction tickets, food and licensed guiding are separate. A late arrival or early flight reduces usable sightseeing time.
03
Airport arrival and the regional journey are different legs
A price or driving time published from central Baku is not automatically the airport-to-resort quote. Start the plan with the actual flight, allow time to leave the terminal and identify the resort entrance. Confirm the whole airport-to-hotel fare. On departure day, agree the return from the hotel using your flight and airline check-in requirement; avoid a regional sightseeing schedule that leaves no delay margin.
04
Mountain weather and equipment
Tell the driver about skis, boots and equipment bags before a mountain trip. SUV describes the body style, not a promise of four-wheel drive. Confirm the actual vehicle and conditions before departure; snow, visibility and road restrictions can change the plan. Resort tickets, rentals and professional guiding are separate from the transport.
05
Written confirmation before departure
Send the date, local time, route, passengers and every bag through WhatsApp or Telegram. A message is an enquiry until the driver confirms availability, vehicle, total and meeting point. No prepayment or deposit is required; pay the driver in Baku in the agreed currency. Cancellation before the journey starts is free. Notify changes directly and save the updated confirmation.
No form and no prepayment: message the route, date, time, passengers and luggage directly. Agreed extra waiting and short stops at interesting places along the route are included at no extra charge.
