Written languages and spoken communication

The website is available in English, Russian, Arabic, Turkish and Azerbaijani. This does not promise a driver fluent in every website language. Elgun speaks Azerbaijani and Russian and can discuss bookings in English; confirm your preferred spoken language before reserving.

The service you are booking

The service is a private car with a driver for the route and dates agreed in writing. The five-vehicle fleet includes Changan UNI-V iDD, UNI-Z, Q05, Mercedes Vito and S-Class; luggage and child-seat availability are confirmed separately. Hotel stays, tickets, meals and licensed tour guiding are not included.

Written confirmation before departure

Send the date, local time, route, passengers and every bag through WhatsApp or Telegram. A message is an enquiry until the driver confirms availability, vehicle, total and meeting point. No prepayment or deposit is required; pay the driver in Baku in the agreed currency. Cancellation before the journey starts is free. Notify changes directly and save the updated confirmation.
