Four seats do not mean unlimited luggage

Both Changan cars carry up to four passengers. Send large and cabin suitcase counts, dimensions of unusual items and any stroller. For children, provide age and request a suitable seat before booking; availability must be confirmed. A child seat uses a passenger place. Do not assume that four people, four large cases and a stroller will fit together.

From your flight to the arrivals meeting

Before flying, send the flight number and local arrival date. Agree the terminal, public meeting point and direct phone number. After passport control and baggage collection, follow the agreed name-sign instructions. Save them offline; if you cannot find the driver, call or message before changing location. The meeting point is confirmed for your flight, not one fixed gate for every passenger.

Private car price and night pickup

The published GYD-to-central-Baku fare starts at $45 / 77 AZN for UNI-V iDD and $47 for UNI-Z, per vehicle. Pickup from 00:00 to 06:00 adds $6 / 10 AZN. Confirm the exact address, payment currency and final total in writing. Agreed waiting and short stops are included. Regional travel, extra destinations and a return on another date need a separate confirmed plan.

Written confirmation before departure

Send the date, local time, route, passengers and every bag through WhatsApp or Telegram. A message is an enquiry until the driver confirms availability, vehicle, total and meeting point. No prepayment or deposit is required; pay the driver in Baku in the agreed currency. Cancellation before the journey starts is free. Notify changes directly and save the updated confirmation.

No. Request it with the child’s age and wait for explicit confirmation.

Will the driver meet me before passport control?+

No. Our agreed meeting is in the public arrivals area after your arrival formalities and baggage collection. Restricted-area assistance is not included.

Is the airport price per passenger?+

No. It is for the agreed private vehicle. Confirm the passenger count and luggage before choosing the car.

Is my first message a confirmed booking?+

No. Wait for the driver’s written availability, vehicle, fare and pickup confirmation.

Airport pickup: terminal, hotel and the complete fare

For a transfer from Heydar Aliyev Airport, send your flight number and exact hotel or map pin. A city-centre hotel, Sea Breeze address and a regional destination need different route checks. Confirm the meeting point, waiting conditions, any night supplement and luggage fit in one written quote. A return to the airport needs its own pickup time, allowing for the airline’s check-in requirements.

Child seat and luggage: reserve space for both

Send each child’s age and request the appropriate seat before booking. A seat request is confirmed only when the driver confirms availability; it is not guaranteed by selecting a family page. Child seats, a pushchair and large suitcases use space differently, so passenger capacity alone is not enough. Photograph unusually large luggage or list its dimensions, then choose the confirmed vehicle for your airport or mountain journey.
